WSM
Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover cards and checks as forms of payments. All orders require a 50% deposit and must be prepaid prior to being produced.  If you submit a check and there are insufficient funds we will charge a $50 Insufficient Funds Fee. Under no circumstances will WSM design or print a job COD or give credit terms unless you are an approved vendor.
Turn Around Time (TAT)
We do not guarantee turnaround time. Our process takes three to five business days for production excluding shipping. Factors such as mechanical breakdowns and shipping company practices are out of our control and we cannot be held responsible if they affect a shipment from arriving “on time”. For this reason, we do not “guarantee” when a package will be delivered, however you do have our promise to do “everything that is reasonably possible” to get your package to you in a timely fashion.
Your Artwork
You are 100% responsible for the accuracy of your artwork. We do make mistakes, after all, we are only humans. Please proofread all text. If you are submitting a postal mailer, please be aware postal regulations change constantly, thus you are 100% responsible for complying with current mailing restrictions in postcard mailer-side layouts. Check with your local Post Office for the latest updates.
Revisions to Artwork
All changes to artwork must be submitted via email. Any artwork that requires a new design from original design will be charged an hourly fee.
Sales Tax
All Florida residents must pay sales tax (7%) on purchases. If a customer is tax exempt, the exemption certificate must be sent or faxed to us.
Refund/Return Policy
Canceled orders require compensation for incurred costs and related obligations at the time of cancellation. Cancellation of design is $45 for time rendered on the design.
Indemnification
The customer will indemnify and hold harmless the designer, W Sterling Media, from any and all loss, cost expense, and damages on any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceeding that may be instituted against the printer on the grounds alleging that said printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person. You certify that you own the rights to use the image(s) being reproduced on your order.
